Virovek’s shipping of products is handled by UPS and FedEx. Shipping delays, while unlikely, may occur as a result of circumstances related to UPS and/or FedEx that are beyond our control. Virovek cannot guarantee the timeliness of cargo shipped by our third-party carriers all year round, especially during the winter months and during the COVID-19 pandemic. If a customer would like to specify a carrier of their own choosing, they may do so when they initiate the order.
